Birding Ecuador - Page 2

We were honored to be invited by Jorge and Irina to their home in Quito for Christmas dinner with their family,
which we thoroughly enjoyed. The next morning, it was off to Banos to visit the Tungurahua Volcano Observatory.

An easy 3 hour bus ride south of Quito, we arrived in Banos around noon, where we were met by Terri's friend,
Patty, who picked us up, gave us a quick tour of town, and then it was off to the observatory.
